Shipment delivery via Omniva and DPD parcel lockers in Latvia and the Baltic States.

We know how much you anticipate your new purchases, so we do our best to ensure shipments reach you as quickly as possible!

Delivery costs in Latvia:

  • For orders up to 50€ – delivery 3.00 EUR;
  • For orders over 50€ – delivery FREE OF CHARGE.

Order processing and dispatch: All orders are prepared and handed over for delivery within 1–3 business days from the moment of payment receipt.

Delivery in the Baltics (Estonia, Lithuania): Delivery fee to neighboring countries is calculated during checkout - 5.00 EUR

In-person pickup: We offer the option to pick up your order for free in person in Riga (Pļavnieki), by prior arrangement. To arrange pickup, please contact us:

Product returns.

The Consumer Rights Protection Law provides for the possibility to return goods purchased under a distance contract within 14 days:

  • if goods are purchased – from the day the consumer acquires possession of the goods;
  • if several goods are ordered in one order and delivered separately – from the day the consumer acquires possession of the last good;
  • if goods consisting of several lots or pieces are delivered – from the day the consumer acquires possession of the last lot or piece of the goods;
  • for contracts for regular delivery of goods – from the day the consumer acquires the first good.

If the ordered item does not suit you, you don't like it, or you simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange it for another within 14 days from the moment of receiving the item.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to new, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging and with original product tags.
